Software Applications for Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering
GeoMotions is a limited liability corporation established to promote nonlinear effective-stress analysis in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering. Our immediate goal is to make D-MOD2000, a user-friendly nonlinear effective-stress code for which generic sets of material parameters have been developed, available to the broader engineering community at a nominal fee. Our long term goals include continuous update of the programs we develop, verification of the models incorporated in our programs against well-established case histories, and sharing our experience and knowledge with the engineering and academic communities.
